What Do I Do?

I am a "jack of all trades" kind of guy, but I'm really good at...

Since 2012, I've been developing WordPress themes and plugins. I build custom themes from scratch using Bootstrap, and always adhering to WordPress best practices and coding standards

API Integration

I've worked with dozens of API's like Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, FedEx, and Google Finance just to name a few. If you need help with an integration of any kind, contact me for a free quote!

Web Development

Full Stack Web Development services for LAMP/LEMP environments. I'm proficient with PHP, Javascript, jQuery, Java, mySQL/SQLite3 and I'm trying to learn some other skills like React, Ember, Node and Ruby!

Since 2012, I've worked on a variety of projects using LAMP/LEMP stacks, WordPress/Drupal, and front-end Javascript technologies like jQuery/React/Node/etc.

I've designed and implemented solutions for marketing firms, B2B agencies, small businesses and large corporations. I've worked on projects involving a wide variety of non-programming related tasks as well like: search engine optimization, keyword research, graphic design, and social media marketing.

I'd love to help you with your project, and I'm available virtually anytime to chat about getting started!

A little backstory...

  • May 2012

    The Beginning

In May of 2012, I graduated college with a decent set of skills and set out to start my own web design business. I had many failures, but eventually I built a reputation on E-Lance.com and had many repeat customers and excellent reviews.

  • August 2013

    Going Full-Time!

Waiting tables and working minimum wage began to feel like a lot of work for not much reward. I knew that working for someone else meant less time for my company so I decided to take a leap of faith and quit my job to work from home full-time as a developer.

  • January 2014

In January of 2014, I helped a team of developers build a financial risk calculator that continues to grow in popularity. I collaborated on this project until June 2016.

  • January 2015

    Austin, TX! Obzervant and BEYOND!

In January 2015, I moved to Austin Texas. I've worked with numerous local clients, and was hired as a developer at Obzervant.com. I was there for nearly six months before starting on my freelancer journey once again!
